Membership Requirements

The applicant company must have an established and operational presence in San Diego County. The applicant must pay membership dues directly to SCEDC when required.

The applicant company must be able to clearly demonstrate genuine interest and ability to engage in UAS related work with the other members of the consortium.

The company must register two designated representatives who are entitled to enter the company into contractual agreements.

The company must commit to attendance at all monthly general membership meetings in person or by conference call by at least one of the two designated representatives of the company.

Only non-foreign owned entities, or companies bearing an approved plan for negating or mitigating the risk of foreign ownership, control or influence from the Defense Security Service (DSS) can be considered.

The company must not have been barred from contracting with or receiving funds from the United States Federal or State Governments.
